Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تبني الحوكمة المصرفية في مواجهة مشكلة الغش والتلاعب بالقوائم المالية، وتم تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق الجزائر لمبادئ الحوكمة المصرفية لمواكبة التحديات العالمية ما أثر على تحسين إدارة البنوك وتجنب الفساد، وتحقيق قوائم مالية شفافة تقي الوقوع في الأزمات والمخاطر مما ينعكس على استقرار النظام المالي والاقتصادي للمصارف. ABSTRACT: The research paper aims to highlight the role of the adoption of banking governance in the face of fraud and manipulation of financial statements. The reality of Algeria’s application of the principles of banking governance to keep pace with global challenges was highlighted, which affected improving the management of banks, avoiding corruption, and achieving transparent financial statements that prevent crises and risks, which is reflected in the stability of the financial and economic system of banks.
