دور الفتوى في الحفاظ على المرجعية الدينية في الجزائر الشيخ أحمد حماني أنموذجا

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة لمحة تاريخية على وظيفة الفتوى في الجزائر خلال الفترة الحديثة والمعاصرة، باعتبارها صمام أمان المجتمع الجزائري من التيارات والأفكار الهدامة الدخلية على بلادنا. وقد إخترنا نموذجا لشخصية وطنية وإصلاحية ساهمت في الحفاظ على المرجعية الدينية في الجزائر آلا وهي شخصية أحمد حماني، متتبعين نشاطه العلمي ونضاله الدعوي الدءوب في الدفاع عن مقومات المجتمع الجزائري سواء في الفترة الاستعمارية أو بعد الاستقلال. This study has dealt with a historical overview of the role of fatwa in Algeria during the modern and contemporary period, as it was and still is a safety fortress for the Algerian society from the destructive and extraneous currents and ideas. We chose a model for a national and reformist figure who contributed in preserving the religious authority in Algeria, which is the figure of Ahmed Hamani, where we follow his academic activity and tireless advocacy struggle in defending the components of the Algerian society, whether during the colonial period or after the independence.
