أثر الخصائص الديموغرافية للمسير-المالك على الأداء المالي في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية: نموذج مقترح

Résumé: ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح نموذج لتأثير الخصائص الديموغرافية للمسير-المالك في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر والمتعلقة بالعمر والمسار التعليمي والخبرة والتجربة والخلفية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتجانس الفريق المسير على الأداء المالي لهذه المؤسسات. لقد ظل الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية محل استشكالات عديدة نتيجة لعدم توفر دراسات تهتم بخصائص المسيرين-المالكين. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى اقتراح نموذج نظري للمؤسسات الجزائرية الصغيرة والمتوسطة والذي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار لوجود خصائص للثقافة التسييرية الجزائرية ولشخصية المسير الجزائري بحيث قد يؤثر السن المنخفض للمسير-المالك إضافة إلى المسار التعليمي وتجانس الفريق المسير بصفة خاصة في تحسين الأداء المالي. كلمات مفتاحية: الخصائص الديموغرافية، نموذج، المسير-المالك، الأداء المالي، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية. Abstract: This study aims to propose a model for the impact of the demographic characteristics of the manager-owner in small and medium enterprises in Algeria related to age, educational path, experience, social and economic background, and the homogeneity of the management team on the financial performance of these firms. The financial performance of Algerian small and medium enterprises has remained the subject of many problems due to the lack of studies concerned with the impact of the characteristics of the owners-managers. The results of the study came to the conception of a proposed model for Algerian small and medium enterprises, which takes into account the existence of characteristics of the Algerian management culture and the personality of the Algerian manager, so that the low age of the manager-owner, in addition to the educational path and the homogeneity of the management team, may affect in particular the improvement of financial performance.
