دور البرامج التدريبية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية من خلال تحسين الأداء الوظيفي: دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الوكالات البنكية في الأغواط

Résumé: ملخص: تعالج هذه الدراسة مدى مساهمة البرامج التدريبية للموارد البشرية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بوجود الأداء الوظيفي كمتغير وسيط بالوكالات البنكية (BDL، BNA، BEA) بالأغواط، حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات لعينة مكونة من 61 موظف، وبهدف تحليل مختلف العلاقات السببية تم الاعتماد على أسلوب النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية باستخدام برنامج Smartpls النسخة 4، و خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ودال إحصائيا للبرامج التدريبية على الميزة التنافسية بالوكالات البنكية محل الدراسة، بينما لم يؤثر الأداء الوظيفي في الميزة التنافسية، وأخيراً قدمت هذه الدراسة جملة من الاقتراحات كان أبرزها ضرورة تحديد احتياجات التدريب بدقة في البنوك العمومية لزيادة فاعلية البرامج التدريبية. Abstract: This study examines the extent to which human resource training programs contribute to achieving competitive advantage with job performance as a mediating variable in the banking agencies (BDL, BNA, BEA) in Laghouat. The study utilized a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool for a sample of 61 employees. To analyze the various causal relationships, structural equation modeling was employed using SmartPLSV 4. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive effect of training programs on the competitive advantage in the studied banking agencies. However, job performance did not affect competitive advantage. Finally, the study presented several recommendations, the most notable being the necessity of accurately identifying training needs in public banks to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
