واقع التزام الصحفي بأخلاقيات العمل الإعلامي - دراسة على عينة من صحفيي ولاية ورقلـــــــــة -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التزام الصحفي بأخلاقيات المهنة ، فلأخلاق الإعلامية تعتبر من أساسيات العمل الإعلامي لأنها تضبطه ، كما هدفت هذه الدراسة أيضا إلى التعرف على العناصر المؤثرة في السلوك المهني ، والإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسي الذي كان مفاده : ما هو واقع التزام الصحفي بأخلاقيات المهنة الإعلامية ؟ وكانت التساؤلات الفرعية كما يلي : هل يلتزم صحفيي ولاية ورقلة بقواعد السلوك المهني ؟ ما هي العوامل التي تؤثر على السلوك المهني للصحفي أثناء تأديته لمهامه؟ هل تتأثر أخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية بالسياسة الإعلامية للمؤسسة ؟ ماهو دور التنظيمات النقابية في توجيه العمل الصحفي ؟ حيث تم التطرق للإجابة عن أسئلة دراستنا وذلك من خلال التوصل للنتائج بعد تحليلنا للاستمارة والمتمثلة فيأن أغلب صحفيي ولاية ورقلة يلتزمون بأخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية ، و أن مؤسساتهم تلتزم بمواثيق الشرف التي تأسست عليها . كما أن طريقة معاملة الرئيس تؤثر بشكل مباشر على الأداء الصحفي وكذا انعدام الحرية و فرض القيود له تأثير بليغ على أداء المؤسسات الإعلامية، وأن من أكثر أولويات صحفيي ولاية ورقلة كانت الترقية و الحصانة القانونية This study is aimed to enlight on the fact of the journalist ’commitement to the Professional ethics , Media is one of the basics of media work , becouse it controls him . Also this study targeted to identify the influencing elements affects professional behaviour , and So to ansewer the main questions: « What is the reality of the journalist commitment to the ethics of the profession ? ». And the sub – questions were as follows : 1- Does the Ourglian journalist abide by the rules of the professional behaviour ? . 2- What factors affecttheProfessionalbehaviour of the journalist while performing his duties ? . 3- Will journalism ethics be affected by the media Policy of the institution ? . 4- What is the syndicate role in guiding the journalism Profession ? The results of the survey were analyzed after we analyzed the questionnaire. Most of the journalists in Wargla state are committed to the ethics of the journalistic profession and their institutions abide by the codes of honor on which they are based. The treatment of the president directly affects journalistic performance, as well as the lack of freedom and restrictions. This has a profound effect on the performance of the media institutions. One of the most important priorities of the journalists of the state of Ouargla was promotion and legal immunity.
