Résumé: يبين هذا المقال الضوابط والأحكام التي تنظم تقديم مخطط عمل الحكومة أو برنامجها حسب الحالة، طبقا للتعديل الدستوري 2020، هذا التقديم الذي يكتسي أهمية دستورية كأول لقاء بين البرلمان والحكومة يتحدد من خلاله رفض المجلس الشعبي الوطني وبالتالي استقالة الحكومة وتعيين حكومة أخرى من جديد، أو موافقته وبالتالي الشروع في التنفيذ، الذي يسبقه تقديم عرض عن هذا المخطط أو البرنامج لمجلس الأمة الذي يمكنه أن يصدر لائحة، ليس لها أثر قانوني. This article shows the provisions that regulate the submission of the government's work plan or program, as the case may be, in accordance with the 2020 constitutional amendment, this submission, which is of constitutional importance as the first meeting between the parliament and the government, through which the rejection of the People's National Assembly and thus the resignation of the government and the appointment of another government again, or its approval and thus the start of implementation, is determined by the submission of a presentation on this plan or program to the National Assembly, which can issue a regulation, which has no legal effect.
