مستوى الثقافة الصحية لدى عينة من مرضى السكري النمط الثاني دراسة ميدانية بمدينة باتنة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص مستوى الثقافة الصحية لدى مرضى السكري من النمط الثاني )غير المعتمد على الانسولين( ، و تحديد الفروق في مستوى التثقيف الصحي تبعا لمتغيرات المستوى التعليمي، والجنس ،و السن ،حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة تتكون من 41 مريض يترددون على المستشفى الجامعي بباتنة و عيادات خاصة لأطباء الغدد الصماء بمدينة باتنة ، طبق عليها استبيان قياس التثقيف الصحي و المكون من 28 عبارة ، تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية . SPSS18 أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التثقيف الصحي العام لدى أفراد العينة كان عاليا، حيث كان المتوسط الحسابي 62 و بانحراف معياري 11,47 .وكذا وجود فروق في مستوى الثقافة الصحية الكلي لدى مرضى السكري النمط الثاني تبعا لمتغير الجنس إضافة إلى ظهور فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الثقافة الصحية لدى مرضى السكري نمط 2 تبعا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي لصالح الجامعيين. و التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الباحثة تهدف في مجملها الى تنمية الثقافة الصحية لدى مرضى السكري من النمط الثاني و تنمية السلوك الصحي مثل :الرياضة و التربية الصحية و الصحة العامة.
