الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة في القانون الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة، من أحدث الشركات التجارية، خصص لها المشرع الجزائري المواد من 564 إلى 591 من القانون التجاري، دون إعطائها تعريفا، وتعد إجراءات تأسيس هذا النوع من الشركات أقل تعقيدا وكلفة وتسييرا وتعديلا من الشركات التجارية الأخرى، كما أن تحديد مسؤولية الشركاء يكون بقدر الحصص المقدمة، بإجراءات بسيطة وقليلة الكلفة. Abstract: Mited liability company is considered one of the most recent commercial companies, for which the Algerian legislator has allocated articles from 564 to 591 of the Commercial Code, without giving it a definition, and the procedures for establishing this type of company are less complicated, costly, managed and modified than other commercial companies. It shall be as much as the shares offered, with simple and low-cost procedures
