تقنيات التحليل الكهروكيميائي دراسة تطبيقية باستعمال جهاز "pgz 301"
Résumé: تطرقنا في مذكرتنا هذه إلى تقنيات التحليل الكهروكيميائي وذلك في دراسة تطبيقية حيث وقع اختيارنا على حمض الأسكوربيك كمركب "PGZ باستعمال جهاز " 301 مرجعي وعينة البروبوليس قيد الدراسة، و قد قمنا باستخلاص العينة الجافة )عينة البزوبوليس( كما تطرقنا إلى الخطوات ULTRASONS-H في حوض الأمواج فوق الصوتية العملية للطريقة الكهروكيميائية لدراسة وتقديز البولي فينول في عينة البروبوليس وقد كان كجانب من الدراسة الكهروكيميائية ، وقد أظهرت (SWV) و ( CV ) التركيز على تقنيتي النتائج المتحصل عليها قيمة تركيز البولي فينول في العينة المدروسة, و هذا العمل أنجز في مخبز We dealt in our note of these techniques to the analysis electrochemical and in the applied study using the device "PGZ 301" where you choose to ascorbic acid reference compound and sample propolis under study, and may have to draw the sample dry (sample propolis) in the basin of ultrasound ULTRASONS-H as We dealt to the practical steps for the way electrochemical to study and assess the urinary phenol in a sample of propolis has been focusing on CV and SWV as part of the study electrochemical, has shown the results obtained valuable focus poly phenol in the sample studied, and this work was completed at the Laboratory "Valorisation Technilogie Resource Saharienne" (VTRS).
