The Impact Of Innovative Digital Tourism Marketing On The Image Of Tourism Institutions

Résumé: This study aims to highlight the impact of innovative digital tourism marketing on the image of the tourism institutions, to specify the dimensions of innovation that have the greatest impact on of the tourism institutions image dimensions, relying on the descriptive analytical approach, using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 85 individuals from tourism agencies clients, where 70 were analyzed by SPSS 26 program. The study concluded that innovation in digital tourism marketing affects positively on the image of the tourism institutions. The study also emphasized the importance of updating digital marketing strategies to keep pace with technological innovations, and improving the image of the tourism institutions to enhance its competitiveness. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر التسويق السياحي الرقمي الابتكاري على صورة المؤسسة السياحية، تحديد أبعاد الابتكار الأكثر تأثيرا على أبعاد صورة المؤسسة السياحية، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام استبيان وزع على عينة من 85 فرد من زبائن الوكالات السياحية، حيث تم تحليل 70 استبيان منها و تحليلها عبر برنامج SPSS 26، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الابتكار في التسويق السياحي الرقمي يؤثر على صورة المؤسسة السياحية، كما أكدت الدراسة على أهمية تحديث استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي لمواكبة الابتكارات التكنولوجي، و تحسين صورة المؤسسة السياحية لتعزيز تنافسيتها.
