Résumé: العالم اليوم يعيش عصر البرلمانات، و على ذلك الجميع يطالب بتفعيل دورها في مختلف أوجه الحياة باعتبارها المؤسسات النيابية التي تمثل جميع المواطنين والصانعة للقرار السياسي، والمملكة المغربية هي من بين الدول العربية التي هي اليوم في لحظة هامة تعيشها هي الرغبة في تفعيل حوكمة السياسات العامة وتجسيد مبادئ الحكم الراشد، وعلى ذلك هي من بين الدول التي تحتاج مؤسساتها الصانعة للقرار والسياسات العامة للحكامة ولعملية الإصلاح السياسي. The world today lives the age of parliaments, and everyone demands that its role be activated in all aspects of life, as representative institutions that represent all citizens and make political decisions. The Kingdom of Morocco is among the Arab countries that today are at an important moment in their lives the desire to activate public policy governance and to embody the principles of good governance, thus among the countries that need their decision-making and public policies of government and political reform.
