Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة المؤسسات السياسية والقضائية لنظام الحكم الحسيني بالإيالة التونسية (1705 - 1881م)، إذ تلعب هذه المؤسسات دورا هاما في إرساء قواعد الدولة وتضفي عليها طبيعة الوجود الحقيقي لسلطتها، حيث أنّ دراسة تطّورها تسمح لنا بإبراز مظاهر استمرارية أجهزة الدولة وكذا الكشف عن مدى انفتاح السلطة الحاكمة على محيطها الخارجي، لذا نرى بايات الدولة الحسينية يولون اهتماما كبيرا بهذه المؤسسات، إذ ما لبثوا أن أدخلوا عليها تعديلات جوهرية وهذا من أجل المحافظة على استقرار سلطتهم وتوثيق الصلات بسكان البلاد المحليين. this research paper aims to study the political and judicial institutions of the Husseini regime in the Tunisian Eyalet (1705-1881 AD), as these institutions play an important role in laying the foundations of the state and give them the nature of the real existence of its authority, as the study of its development allows us to highlight the manifestations of the continuity of state agencies As well as revealing the extent of the openness of the ruling authority to its external environment, Therefore, we see the Husseynis state’s beys paying great attention to these institutions, as they soon made fundamental amendments to them, in order to maintain the stability of their authority and strengthen ties with the local population of the country.
