دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الترويج لأنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لجمعيات حماية البيئة دراسة تحليلية لصفحة جمعيةgreen Bike لولاية عنابة على الفيسبوك

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة بغية الكشف عن دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الترويج لأنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي تمارسها جمعيات حماية البيئة، انطلاقا من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ماهو دور الفيسبوك في الترويج لأنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لجمعيةgreen bike لولاية عنابة؟ وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وعلى تحليل المحتوى كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، وشملت عينة التحليل36منشورا على صفحتها الرسمية على الفيسبوك في الفترة الممتدة من شهر جانفي 2021 إلى شهر مارس2021. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: توظف جمعية green bike صفحتها الرسمية على موقع الفيسبوك للتعريف بأنشطتها ونشر الوعي بين المواطنين بضرورة المساهمة في حماية البيئة ونظافة المحيط وتنمية حس المشاركة وروح المسؤولية ونشر ثقافة المحافظة على البيئة وتسويق صورة راقية عن الجمعية وأنشطتها. This study aims to revealing the role of social networking sites in promoting the activities of social responsibility practiced by environmental protection Associations. Based on the following main question: What is the role of facebook in promoting the activities of social responsibility of the green bike association in the state of Annaba?. the study relied on descriptive approach. and content analysis was used as a tool for collecting data. The analysis sample included 36 publication on its official facebook page from January2021 to March2021. The study reached a set of results the most important of which are: the Green Bike Association employs its official facebook page to define its activities, spreading the culture of preserving the environment , and marketing an upscale image of the association and its activities.
