حوكمة سياسة تسيير النفايات الطبية بالجزائر :الواقع والتحديات

Résumé: هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع النفايات الطبية والذي يعتبر نقطة تلاقي العديد من السياسات القطاعية للسياسة العامة : السياسة الصحية ، السياسة البيئية ،السياسة الاقتصادية،،،،. إن النفايات الطبية تؤثر على كل من الصحة العمومية والبيئة المحيطة وعلى هذا الأساس فإننا سنركز على تحليل مفهوم: الحوكمة ،الحوكمة البيئية والنفايات الطبية أو ما يصطلح عليه بنفايات أنشطة الرعاية الصحية ثم ننتقل إلى تحليل الأطر القانونية والتنظيمية لإدارة هذا النوع من النفايات، وأهم المشكلات التي تواجهها بالجزائر ،كما تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد آليات ترشيد سياسة تسيير النفايات الطبية بالجزائر. Abstract This study at shedding the light on the issue of medical waste, Which is the convergence point of multi sectoral policies of public policy : health policy, environmental policy, economic policy , The impact of waste medical generation on both public health and surrounding environment , On this basis we analyze the concept of : Governance, environmental governance, medical waste ( the waste of health care activities), and the various threats to these wastes. Then, we analyze the legal and regulatory frameworks Of this type of waste and the problems it faces in Algeria, This study also aime to determine the mechanisms governing of medical waste management policy in Algeria.
