معايير تقدير التعويض عن الضرر المعنوي

Résumé: This study seeks to create a standard or several criteria to assess compensation for moral damage in order to bring justice to full among the victims. And that the judiciary remains far from achieving this goal, as long as has the power to almost absolute in the estimation of this type of compensation without complying with any restrictions. Noting the judicial rulings difference in the estimation of the compensation of a judge to another, if it comes to the same damage This study enables us to detect the criteria for assessing compensation by reading some judicial decisions, studies jurisprudence, and some legislative solutions.
