أثر التحفيز في التحصيل الدراسي و تعزيز القدرة على التعلم للتلاميذ The Effect Of Stimulation On Academic Achievement And Enhancing Students' Learning Ability

Résumé: التعلم كأي سلوك يحتاج إلى استثارة الدافعية وتوجيهها، والدافعية للتعلم على وجه الخصوص تشتق من الدافعية العامة للإنسان، كما أن استثارتها وتوجيهها يتطلب جهود مختلف الأطراف للمشاركة في النظام التعليمي سواء كانت جهود المعلم، بيئة مدرسية، منزل، او المجتمع كله بثقافته ومنظماته المختلفة. فالدوافع سواء أكانت بيولوجية أو نفسية داخلية أم خارجية لها الدور في التنبؤ بالسلوك الإنساني ودافعه نحو التحصيل، ففعالية الذات إذا كانت واضحة عند المتعلم وخاصة في المجال الأكاديمي تستثير دافعتيه للتعلم، ومن ثم المثابرة في الأداء المدرسي كذلك دافعية التحصيل ترتبط على نحو ما بدافعية التعلم باعتبارها التخطيط للعمل، وتحقيق مستوى معين من التفوق. ومن هذا المنطلق قمنا بهذه الدراسة لتبين تأثير الدافعية للتحصيل وعلاقتها بالتفوق الدراسي للتلاميذ Abstract: Learning is like any behavior that needs to stimulate and direct motivation, and the motivation to learn in particular is derived from the general motivation of the human being, and its stimulation and direction requires the efforts of various parties to participate in the educational system, whether it is the teacher's efforts, a school environment, a home, or the whole community with its different culture and organizations. Motivations, whether biological or psychological, internal or external, have a role in predicting human behavior and its drive towards achievement, so the effectiveness of the self, if it is clear for the learner, especially in the academic field, stimulates his motivations to learn, and then perseverance in school performance. Action planning, and achieving a certain level of excellence. From this standpoint, we did this study to show the effect of motivation to achieve and its relationship to academic excellence for students.
