دور الأستاذ الجامعي في دعم التحول الرقمي بالجامعات الحزائرية The Role Of University Professor In Supporting Digital Transformation In Algerian Universities

Résumé: تتناول الدراسة أهمية التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي على مستوى عالمي، بما تم تضمينه في المخطط التوجيهي للرقمنة (SDN) في قطاع التعليم العالي بالجزائر. وتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مكانة وأهمية الأستاذ الجامعي في تجسيد الرقمنة في الجامعات الجزائرية وأدواره الجديدة، بالإضافة إلى متطلبات إعداده وتفعيل دوره لتحقيق جودة التعليم العالي. تم التوصل إلى أن التحول الرقمي يمثل تحديًا وفرصة لتحسين جودة التعليم ودعم الرقمنة في الجامعات الجزائرية، كما توصي الدراسة إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بالأستاذ الجامعي وتطوير أدواره الجديدة من خلال إصلاح شامل لنظام تكوينه وتمكينه من اكتساب المهارات الرقمية المطلوبة لدعم رقمنة التعليم الجامعي. We The study examines the importance of digital transformation in higher education institutions globally, as delineated in the Digitalization Roadmap (SDN) in the higher education sector in Algeria. Its objective is to highlight the significance and role of university professors in embodying digitalization in Algerian universities and their new roles, along with the requirements for their preparation and activation of their role to achieve quality higher education. The study emphasizes that digital transformation represents both a challenge and an opportunity to enhance the quality of education and support digitalization in Algerian universities. Additionally, the study indicates the necessity of focusing on university professors and developing their new roles through comprehensive reforms in their training system and enabling them to acquire the required digital skills to support the digitization of higher education
