دور النشاط البدني والرياضي في تنمية الجانب النفسي للمعاقين حركيا -دراسة مقارنة بين الممارسين وغير الممارسين-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور النشاط البدني والرياضي في تنمية الجانب النفسي للمعاقين حركيا في أبعاده "الانفعالي، الثقة بالنفس والعصبي"، من خلال إجراء دراسة مقارنة بين الممارسين للنشاط البدني والرياضي وغير الممارسين له، ومن أجل ذلك أجريت الدراسة الميدانية بمدينة سطيف على عينة مكونة (100) معاقا حركيا نصفهم ممارس للنشاط البدني والرياضي والنصف الآخر غير ممارس، باستخدام المنهجين الوصفي والمقارن والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث أكدت الدراسة الميدانية على وجود فروق في مستوى الجانب النفسي (البعد الانفعالي، بعد الثقة في النفس والبعد العصبي) للمعاقين حركيا بين الممارسين وغير الممارسين للنشاط البدني والرياضي لصالح الممارسين. This studyaims to know the role of physical and sports activity in developing the psychological aspect of the physicallydisabled in itsemotional dimensions, self-confidence and nervousness, by conducting a comparative study in betweenpractitioners of physical and sports activity and non-practitioners of it.For thispurpose, the fieldstudywasconducted in the city of Setif on a sample of (100) physicallydisabledpersons, half of thempracticingphysical and sports activity and the otherhalf non-practicing, using the descriptive and comparative approaches and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The fieldstudyconfirmed the existence of differences in the level of the psychological aspect (the emotional dimension, after Self-confidence and the nervous dimension) for the physicallydisabledamongpractitioners and non-practitioners of physical and sports activity for the benefit of practitioners.
