دراسة البيئة التسويقية الدولية كمدخل استراتيجي لمواجهة تحدي الاغتراب البيئي الدولي - دراسة حالة: مؤسسة صيانة التجهيزات الصناعية بمدينة المسيلة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية دراسة بيئة التسويق الدولي كمدخل استراتيجي لتقليل انعكاسات الاغتراب البيئي في بيئة النشاط الدولية، ومن خلال الدراسة التي تم اجراؤها في مؤسسة صيانة التجهيزات الصناعية بمدينة المسيلة، توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج من أهمها: وجود ادراك لدى المؤسسة محل الدراسة لمفهوم وأهمية وأهداف التسويق الدولي، وكذا وجود معرفة بمتغيرات بيئة النشاط التسويقي الدولي ، والحرص من جانب المؤسسة على دراستها تفاديا لمخاطر الاغتراب في البيئة التسويقية الدولية ، غير أن منهجية دراسة المؤسسة لأسواقها تفتقر لبعض الخطوات الضرورية لإجراء دراسة ناجحة للأسواق الدولية، والتي تتيح تفادي بعض المشكلات الناتجة عن الاغتراب البيئي . This study aimed to illustrate the importance of studying the international marketing environment as a As a strategic approach to reducing the impacts of environmental alienation in the international business environment. Through the study conducted at the Industrial Equipment Maintenance Company in M'sila City, several results were obtained. One of the most important findings was the company's awareness of the concept, importance, and objectives of international marketing, as well as its knowledge of the variables in the international marketing environment. The company is also keen on studying these variables to avoid the risks of alienation in the international marketing environment. However, the methodology used by the company in studying its markets lacks some necessary steps for conducting a successful study of international markets, which would help in mitigating some of the problems arising from environmental alienation.
