التنشئة الاجتماعية وعملية التكامل الوظيفي بين الأسرة والمدرسة.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الأسرة والمدرسة كوحدات اجتماعية في البناء الاجتماعي للمجتمع، وذلك من خلال ابراز أهمية عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية باعتبارها عملية للتربية والتعليم تهدف إلى إكساب الفرد مختلف القيم والسلوكيات وذلك للدور الذي تمارسه مؤسساتها في ادماجه داخل النسق الاجتماعي، وتعتبر الأسرة والمدرسة وسط اجتماعي تربوي له أهمية عن باقي مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية الأخرى نظرا للأدوار التفاعلية التي تربط بينهما من خلال المصلحة المشتركة، وعليه فالأسرة والمدرسة كمؤسستين اجتماعيتين تتميزان بالاستمرارية والتجانس لا يمكن لهما تحقيق الهدف التربوي الاجتماعي النفسي إذا لم يكن هناك تكامل وظيفي وتبادل بين الأدوار من خلال عملية التأثير والتأثر. This study aims to know the nature of the relationship between the family and the school as social units in the social structure of society, by highlighting the importance of the process of socialization as a process of education that aims to provide the individual with different values and behaviors, due to the role played by its institutions in integrating him into the social system, socio-educational has importance over the rest of the institutions of socialization due to the interactive roles that link them through the common interest, Therefore the family and the school as two social institutions characterized by continuity and homogeneity cannot achieve the socio-psychological educational goal unless there is functional integration and exchange between roles through the process of influence and vulnerability.
