تشخيص واقع القطاع المصرفي الجزائري وآليات تفعيل دوره في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي

Résumé: يتقاطع دور الجهاز المصرفي وأهمية تأثيره في العملية التنموية اليوم مع جملة من التحديات التي صاغها الواقع المالي والاقتصادي الجديد، كما يأخذ هذا الدور صفة الأهمية الخاصة بالنسبة للدول النامية في ضوء معطيات أنظمتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. والجزائر كغيرها من الدول النامية يعد هذا الموضوع مهما بالنسبة لها خاصة في ظل غياب النشاط في السوق المالية الجزائرية، فبالرغم من الجهود التي بذلتها السلطات الجزائرية لإصلاح الجهاز المصرفي إلا أنه لا يزال يعاني العديد من العقبات التي تعيق أداء دوره في عملية تمويل التنمية وهو ما أظهرته النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، لذلك من الضروري إتباع مجموعة من الخطوات لتفعيل هذا الدور ومضاعفة الجهود بأكثر إرادة وجدية من أجل تجاوز نقائص الوضع القائم وفي نفس الوقت مسايرة التطورات الحاصلة في هذه البنوك. The role of the banking system and its influence on the development process with several challenges that were penned by the new financial and economic world, and this role is crucial to developing countries based on their economic and social systems. This issue mattersto Algeria, as it is one of these developing countries, especially the financial activities are scarce in the Algerian financial market. Despite the efforts made by the government to reform the banking system, it still suffers from many obstacles that hinder its role of financing as showed in the results. Therefore, it is necessary to follow group of procedures to overcome this issue and the shortcoming, and at the same time to keep up with the development that is happening related to the banks.
