التأمين الإسلامي على الودائع المصرفية - تجارب دول رائدة -

Résumé: لقد حظي موضوع التأمين الإسلامي على الودائع المصرفية باهتمام العديد من الدول ، وفي هذا الصدد جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية بهدف دراسة وعرض نماذج مختصرة لدول باشرت في تأمين الودائع المصرفية، فاستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج المقارن لعرض ومقارنة أنظمة التأمين على الودائع بما يوافق مبادئ الشريعة الاسلامية، وأخيراً خلصنا إلى أن هناك فروقات مختلفة في تطبيق هذه الأنظمة مما يستدعي ضرورة تفعيل أنظمة التأمين الاسلامي على الودائع وتوحيدها في مختلف بلدان العالم . The topic of Islamic insurance on bank deposits has received the attention of many countries, and in this regard this research paper came with the aim of studying and presenting brief models for countries that have embarked on insurance of bank deposits, so we used the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach to present and compare deposit insurance systems in accordance with the principles of Islamic Sharia. Finally, we concluded that there are different differences in the application of these systems, which calls for the necessity of activating the Islamic insurance systems for deposits and unifying them in various countries of the world.
