Résumé: يعتبر القطب الجزائي الاقتصادي والمالي صرح قضائي واعد يعهد إليه مهام التحري، التحقيق والحكم في القضايا الإجرامية الاقتصادية والمالية لا سيما الأكثر تعقيدا منها، إلا أن النص المنشأ له تضمن العديد من أوجه القصور التي ترهن استقلاليته القضائية وتهدر العلة التشريعية من تكريس قضاء متخصص، بسبب غياب جهة استئناف مستقلة تتبع للقطب الجزائي، وهذا ما يقدونا للقول أننا بصدد محكمة ابتدائية باختصاص وطني لدى مجلس قضاء الجزائر، بدلا من قطب جزائي مستقل. The economic and financial penal pole is considered a promising judicial edifice entrusted with the tasks of investigation and judgment in economic and financial criminal cases, especially the most complex ones. An independent appellate body follows the penal pole and this leads us to say that we are dealing with national jurisdiction at the Algerian judicial council, instead of an independent penal pole.
