دور جودة القوائم المالية في ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية

Résumé: "ملخص : ‏ تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور جودة القوائم المالية في ترشيد إتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية - دراسة حالة بمؤسسة ‏ملاحات مروان إنسيغة ‏المغير - ، ففي الجانب النظري تم توضيح مفاهيم أساسية لجودة القوائم المالية و عملية إتخاذ القرار ، و كذلك التعرف على إستخدام التحليل المالي في إتخاذ القرار ، و تم معالجة الموضوع من خلال إسقاط الجانب النظري على واقع المؤسسة محل الدراسة . من خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن مؤسسة ملاحات مروان لم تستغل دور التحليل المالي في ترشيد قراراتها المالية من أجل إتخاذ القرار المناسب ، وذلك عن طريق إستخدام مؤشرات التوازن المالي و النسب المالية . " "Abstract: ‎ This study aims to shed light on the role of the quality of the financial statements in rationalizing the financial decision-making in the economic institution - a case study in Marwan Anseghah Al-Mughair - salt company. The use of financial analysis in decision-making, and the issue was addressed by projecting the theoretical aspect on the reality of the institution under study. Through this study, we concluded that Marwan Salinas did not exploit the role of financial analysis in rationalizing its financial decisions in order to take the appropriate decision, by using indicators of financial balance and financial ratios.
