نماذج من مقاصد الوقف العلمي في الشريعة الإسلامية

Résumé: الملخص: يعتبر الوقف العلمي أول مؤسسة مدنية في تاريخ الإنسانية، وهو المصدر التمويلي الرئيسي في دعم المشاريع التعليمية والثقافية خاصة في المجتمع العربي والإسلامي، فقد ورثته الأمة الإسلامية جيلا عن جيل عبر تاريخها الطويل، وكان للوقف العلمي دور رائد في دعم المشاريع البحثية العلمية، وبالأخص الدراسات العليا والمؤلفات وأبحاث العلماء والباحثين وطلبة العلم، كانت هناك مؤسسات تعليمية وثقافية من مكتبات ودور النشر وزوايا ومدارس قرآنية، يحتوي بعضها على ملايين الكتب والمذكرات والرسائل الجامعية العلمية متوقفة وقائمة على الوقف العلمي. الكلمات الدالة: مشروعية الوقف من منظور التشريع الإسلامي، وقف المساجد والزوايا والمدارس القرآنية، وقف الجامعات والكليات والمعاهد العلمية، وقف الكتب والمكتبات. Summary The scientific endowment is considered as the first civil institution in the human history. It is the principal source of funding to support cultural and educational projects, essentially in Islamic and Arab societies, because the Islamic nation inherited it from generations throughout its long history. The scientific endowment had a leading role to support scientific research projects, in particular higher studies, publications, research of scientists and researchers and learners. There were cultural and educational institutions as libraries, publishing houses, small mosques and Koran schools; some contained millions of books, notes, and scientific theses depending and based on scientific endowment.
