اقتصاديات الصحة للدول النامية في ظل متطلبات التنمية المستدامة (حالة بعض الدول العربية والإفريقية)

Résumé: على الرغم من تطور الاستراتيجيات وسياسات بناء أنظمة صحية تقرها منظمة الصحة العالمية، إلا أن هناك فجوة كبيرة بين الدول المتقدمة والدول الفقيرة في مجال الصحة، والدليل على ذلك الأمراض المعدية التي تسببت في موت الملايين في بلدان العالم الثالث، لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتؤكد أنه على الدول النامية تغيير سياساتها المالية وتكثيف جهودها التنموية نحو تحسين الأحوال الصحية وعدالة في توزيع خدمات الرعاية الصحية مع تخفيض تكاليفها، والاهتمام بالكوادر الصحية وزيادة الإنفاق الحكومي لأن الإنفاق على الصحة هو إنفاق إنتاجي وليس استهلاكي، فعدم الاهتمام بالصحة سوف يغذي حلقة مفرغة من عدم الاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي وضياع الإنتاجية، باعتبار الصحة غاية أساسية من غايات التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: Despite the development of strategies and policies for building health systems approved by the World Health Organization, there is a huge gap between developed and poor countries in the field of health, and the evidence for this is infectious diseases that have caused millions of deaths in third world countries, so this study came to confirm that it is Developing countries change their financial policies and intensify their development efforts towards improving health conditions and fairness in distributing health care services and caring for health cadres and increasing government spending because health spending is productive rather than consumer spending, so Lack of interest to health will feed a vicious circle Political instability, social, economic and loss of productivity, and the health of the very basic goals of sustainable development
