سلطات مجلس الأمن في محاربة الجرائم الدولية

Résumé: ملخص: عرف القمع الدولي الجنائي للأفراد فيما يخص ارتكاب أشد الجرائم الدولية خطورة مثل جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية، تطورا بارزا منذ نهاية التسعينات، وما نتج عن ذلك من تطور نظام الأمن الجماعي بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة، هذا التطور تم تسجيله ليس فقط من خلال تطور سلطات مجلس الأمن في حفظ السلم والأمن الدوليين، وإنما من خلال الآليات والأجهزة المستحدثة لممارسة هذه السلطات أيضا، لذا فان هذه الدراسة تحاول إلى إلقاء نظرة قانونية شاملة حول سلطات مجلس الأمن في ظل نظام الأمن الجماعي، لاسيما من خلال الدور الذي لعبه المجلس في قمع الجرائم الدولية. abstract The International Criminal prosecution of individuals for the commission of the most serious crimes such as genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity has boomed throughout the 90s th.The evolution of the system of collective security, consecutive to the end of antagonism between the two blocs was marked, as is known, by diversifying not only the Security Council's action targets but also means used in order to maintain peace. It is precisely in this context that the very strong link exists in the eyes of the Security Council between peacekeeping and repression of individuals internationally.
