دور ثنائية الإبداع والابتكار في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور ثنائية الإبداع والابتكار في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال إلقاء نظرة شاملة على مفهومي الإبداع والابتكار، وأهميتهما بالنسبة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وقد تم التوصل في الأخير إلى أن الاستغلال الأمثل لثنائية الإبداع والابتكار في المؤسسات الاقتصادية يساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين ورفع أدائها. This study aims to illustrate the role of binary innovation in improving the performance of economic institutions by taking a comprehensive look at the concepts of creativity and innovation, and their importance for economic institutions. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used. It was finally concluded that optimizing the binary innovation in economic institutions contributes significantly to improving and enhancing their performance..
