تنافسية المؤسسة الاقتصادية ومدى تأثرها بالإبداع التنظيمي - دراسة حالة موبيليس، وكالة بشار

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى تأثير الإبداع التنظيمي على تنافسية المؤسسة الاقتصادية، ولقد وقع اختيارنا على مؤسسة Mobilis لإجراء دراسة الحالة، فلقد تطرقنا نظريا الى بعض الجوانب المتعلقة بكل من الإبداع التنظيمي والتنافسية، أما فيما يخص الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا الاستبانة كأنسب أداة لجمع المعلومات وبرنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإحصائية Spss لمعالجتها، حيث تحصلنا على 40 استبيان فقط صالح للتحليل من أصل 53 استبيان موزع على موظفي المؤسسة. وقد بينت نتائج هذه الدراسة أنه يوجد علاقة طردية بين الابداع التنظيمي وتنافسية المؤسسة، وأن هذه الأخيرة تتبنى الابداع التنظيمي كأحد الأنشطة الأساسية بها. Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational creativity on the competitiveness of economic institutions. The case study selected for this research is Mobilis. The study theoretically addressed aspects related to both organizational creativity and competitiveness. For the practical aspect, a questionnaire was used as the most suitable tool for data collection and the statistical package SPSS was utilized for data analysis. A total of 40 valid questionnaires were analyzed out of 53 distributed to employees of the institution. The results of this study indicated that there is a positive correlation between organizational creativity and the competitiveness of the institution. Moreover, Mobilis adopts organizational creativity as one of its core activities.
