عمليات إدارة المعرفة ودورها في تعزيز التغيير الاستراتيجي: دراسة حالة "مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وكالة بشار" باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور إدارة المعرفة، من خلال عملياتها، والمتمثلة في تشخيص المعرفة، توليد، تخزين، مشاركة، وتطبيق المعرفة، في تعزيز عملية التغيير في المجال الاستراتيجي، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والتحليلي لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، كما تم جمع البيانات، من خلال توزيع استبانة، تم تصميمها لهذا الفرض، ومعالجتها بطريقة النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية، باستخدام برنامج SmartPLS 3، وخلصت الدراسة الى أنه يوجد تأثير ايجابي لإدارة المعرفة، في تعزيز التغيير الاستراتيجي. كما تبين أن عمليات ادارة المعرفة، المؤثرة في تعزيز التغيير الاستراتيجي، تتمثل في عملية تخزين المعرفة، وعملية مشاركة المعرفة، بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وكالة بشار. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعرفة، إدارة المعرفة، اتصالات الجزائر، التغيير، التغيير الاستراتيجي. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management, through its operations, which is to diagnose knowledge, generate, store, share, and apply knowledge, in promoting the process of change in the strategic area, and has been used descriptive approach, and analytical method to test the hypotheses of the study. The data was also collected through a questionnaire distribution, designed for this hypothesis, and processed in a structural equation manner, using SmartPLS 3 program, the study concluded that there is a positive impact of knowledge management in promoting strategic change. It was also turned out that knowledge management processes, which affect the promotion of strategic change, is the process of storing knowledge, and the process of sharing knowledge, in the institution under study which is Algeria Telecom Foundation - Bechar Agency.
