أخلاقيات عمل التجار خلال فترة إنتشار كوفيد 19 وأثرها على رضا الزبائن بمدينة بسكرة

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحديد أثر أخلاقيات عمل التجار على رضا الزبون خلال فترة انتشار كوفيد 19 من وجهة نظر مجموعة من الزبائن بمدينة بسكرة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتناسب وطبيعة الدراسة فهو يساعد على دراسة الموضوع من جانبه النظري والتطبيقي وبشكل دقيق ، أين تم الاعتماد على استبانة تم توزيعها على مجموعة من الزبائن بمدينة بسكرة، وتم استرجاع 169 استبانة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V20 . وتوصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج الميدانية أهمها أن أخلاقيات عمل التجار تفسر 46% من التغيرات الحاصلة في رضا المستهلك. Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the impact of the business ethic on customer satisfaction during the Covid 19 period from the point of view of a group of customers in Biskra City. The analytical descriptive approach, which is appropriate to the nature of the study, helps to examine the subject from its theoretical and practical point of view. the study uses a questionnaire that was distributed to a group of clients in Biskra, and 169 questionnaires were retrieved, and the data were analyzed using SPSS V20 program. finally, the study reaches a set of results, the most important of which is that the business ethic of traders explains 46 percent of the changes in consumer satisfaction.
