دور حاضنات ومسرعات الأعمال في انشاء واستدامة المؤسسات الريادية الصغيرة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة ضمن إطار وصفي تحليلي الى تسليط الضوء على مختلف الخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة من طرف برنامج بادر لحاضنات ومسرعات الأعمال وتحديد أثرها على انشاء واستدامة المؤسسات الريادية الصغيرة والمتوسطة، كما تهدف إلى تقييم تجربة برنامج بادر السعودي وتوضيح سبل الاستفادة منها في الجزائر من أجل تعزيز دور حاضنات الأعمال في دعم انشاء المؤسسات الريادية الصغيرة ورفع نسب نجاحها وضمان استدامتها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نوعية الخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة من طرف برنامج بادر لحاضنات ومسرعات الأعمال كان لها بالغ الأثر في انشاء واستدامة المؤسسات الريادية الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث تشمل تلك الخدمات على وجه الخصوص تطوير مخططات الأعمال، تقديم استشارات قانونية وادارية وتسويقية، وتسهيل الوصول لمصادر التمويل وعلى رأسها شركات رأس المال المخاطر وشبكات الاستثمار الملائكي. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من الفوائد من خلال دراسة وتحليل تجربة برنامج بادر السعودي، وهذه الفوائد يمكن أن تكون مرشدا للجزائر باتجاه تفعيل دور حاضنات الأعمال في انشاء واستدامة المؤسسات الريادية الصغيرة. This study aims, in a descriptive and analytical framework, to shed light on the various services and facilities provided by the Saudi BADIR program and to determine their impact on the creation and sustainability of small entrepreneurial businesses. It also aims to assess the experience of the Saudi BADIR program and clarify the means to benefit from it in Algeria in order to strengthen the role of business incubators in supporting the creation and sustainability of small entrepreneurial businesses. This study concluded that the quality of services and facilities provided by the BADIR program had a great impact on the creation and sustainability of small entrepreneurial enterprises, and it also obtained many benefits through the study and analysis the experience of the Saudi BADIR program, and these advantages can guide Algeria towards activating the role of business incubators in the creation and sustainability of small entrepreneurial businesses.
