دراسة نفسية عصبية للذاكرة عند المراهق المصاب بالصرع

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة تقييم الذاكرة خاصة ذاكرة الاحداث عند المراهق المصاب بالصرع (من منظور نفس عصبي)، الهدف منها الكشف عن العلاقة بين إصابة االدماغ بشحنات كهربائية (الصرع) وتأثيرها سلبا على الذاكرة، من خلال مدة الإصابة ونوع النوبة. بحيث تم تطبيق أدوات أساسية تسمح بتقييم اضطراب الذاكرة خاصة نوع ذاكرة الاحداث وهي الميزانية النفس عصبية، اختبار ذاكرة الاحداث الأتوبيوغرافية واجراءR/K لتقييم الحالات الذاتية للوعي. مصاغة تحت منهج دراسة حالة. بحيث دلت النتائج الدراسة على تأثير مرض صرع على الذاكرة طويلة المدى خاصة ذاكرة الاحداث، أثناء عملية التخزين واسترجاع ذكريات الاحداث الخاصة. الكلمات الدالة: التقييم النفسي العصبي، الذاكرة، الصرع، ذاكرة الأحداث Abstract: This study éxamined a special memory evaluation episodic memory in the adolescent with epilepsy from the perspective of a neuropsychiatric,whose ai mis to reveal the relationship between brain injury with electrical charges epilepsy and its negative impact on memory, through the relation of the injury and the type of seizure. So that basic tools were applied that allow assessment of memory disorder, espcially the type of episodic memory, wich is the psychological nervous budget , the autobiographical memory test, and the R/K procedure to assessthe subjective states of consciousness. Drafted under the case study approach. So that the results of the study indicated the effect of epilepsy disease on the long term memory,especially the episodic memory, during the storage and retrieval of special events memories.
