رِهَانَاتُ التَجْدِيدِ فِي عِلْمِ المَقَاصِدِ - أسئلة التأصيل وآفاق التطوير-
Résumé: الملخص: منذ ظهور موافقات الشاطبي واتصال العِنَايةِ بمباحثها وقضاياها، أضحتْ « المقاصد » معرفة حاضرة وفاعلة في ساحة الفكر الإسلامي. غير أنه وبعد تراكم الأبحاث الوصفية في هذا الفرع المعرفي، وطغيان التأليف المحوري (التجزيئي) على أكثر موضوعاته؛ فقد لَـجَّ الدَّاعِي إلى طرح الأسئلة المناهجية المتعلّقة بآفاقِ ترقيتهِ وسُبلِ ترشيدِه. والسُّؤَال الذي يُشغلنا أكثر في هذه الورقة هو سؤال الأَيْنِيَة: أين وصل الورش العلمي التجديدي في علم المقاصد ؟ وفي أيِّ اتجاه ينبغي توجيهه ؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: مقاصد الشريعة- التجديد- الاجتهاد المقاصدي- مناهج البحث. Abstract: Since the emergence of the book Al-Mawwafaat by Imam Al-Shatibi, the science maqasid has become important in Islamic studies However, after the abundance of descriptive research in this science, methodological questions should be put forward The important question in this study: Where did the process of renewal arrive in the science of maqasid? In which direction should he go? Key words: maqasid al-sharia - innovation - maqasid ijtihad - research methods.
