Résumé: يشهد المجتمع اليوم ظاهرة استخدام الهواتف الذكية وما أتاحته من تطبيقات في مختلف الأنشطة الإنسانية، وهو ما دفع بالمختصين لوصف مجتمع اليوم بالمجتمع الرقمي. وبنفس السياق وجدت المؤسسات على اختلاف أنواعها أمام حتمية مواكبة الحدث تحت مبدأ تلبية احتياجات المجتمع ومسايرة أنماط العيش التي ظهرت نتيجة التحولات الرقمية. إن المكتبات الجزائرية باعتبارها أحد المؤسسات الخدماتية والاجتماعية التي تتمحور مهمتها حول إتاحة ونشر المعلومات للمجتمع لاسيما ارتباطها الوثيق بالتكنولوجيا الحديثة فإنه يقع عليها ضرورة تبني استراتيجية للاستثمار في تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية وتفعيل التوجه الحديث في تقديم خدمات المعلومات، وفي خضم التجسيد فإنه كأي مشروع لابد وأن يلقى عدة تحديات والتي وجب تجاوزها من أجل تفعيل أمثل. :Abstract Nowadays, society is witnessing the phenomenon of using smart phones and the applications they made available in various human activities, in which prompted specialists to describe today’s society as a digital society. At the same time, institutions of all kinds were obliged to cope with these changes in line with the principle of meeting the needs of society and keeping pace with life’s patterns that emerged as a consequence of digital transformations. Algerian libraries, as social and service institutions whose mission is based on providing and disseminating information to society, especially with its deep association with modern technology. Therefore, Algerian libraries must adopt a strategy to invest in smart phone applications and rely on the modern trend in providing information services; during midst of implementation , like any project, it Should faces several challenges that must be overcome for optimal implementation.
