دور المحفزات في تحسين إنتاج الهيدروجين الأخضر من مياه البحر
Résumé: Renewable hydrogen is an energy carrier and future fuel as a source of clean and sustainable energy. Renewable hydrogen technology relies on renewable energy sources, through the electrolysis of water. This experimental study aims to produce renewable hydrogen through the electrolysis of water (seawater and filtered seawater). Using a photovoltaic panel to contribute to reducing the cost of hydrogen production as much as possible. We conducted an experimental setup consisting of connecting the water electrolyze to a photoelectric cell, using coal electrodes in the environmentally friendly electrolyze, and using the following catalysts (Fe2O3, ZnO, KOH, TiO2) and then comparing in terms of the percentage of hydrogen production, in the two types of water mentioned previously, before and after. Exposure to sunlight, the study summarized the results: The best catalyst in terms of the amount of hydrogen produced is iron oxide. Among the most and best produced waters is seawater in the coal electrode, especially when iron oxide is added.
