The Digital Transformation Of The Islamic Finance Sector And Its Role In Promoting Financial Inclusion: A Case Study Of A Sample Of Clients From Al Salam Bank

Résumé: The study seeks to highlight the importance of digitizing Islamic finance by examining its mechanisms and analyzing its role in mobilizing financial resources to enhance and improve financial inclusion at Al Salam Bank Algeria. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of 91 bank clients, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 25). The hypotheses were tested using statistical methods. The findings indicated that Al Salam Bank in Algeria utilizes digital financing services at a moderate level, with a noticeable positive impact. As a result, the study presented several recommendations, including the need for financial education for individuals lacking financial literacy, the development of technological infrastructure, and the reduction of costs related to financing and digital service fees. This could be achieved through central bank intervention to provide support to Islamic banks and financial institutions.
