مساهمة البرامج التدريبية في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة -دراسة حـالة مؤسسة البناء الجاهز Soprec - الشلف

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إظهار مساهمة نظام تدريب الموارد البشرية في تحسين الأداء في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال تحقيق التنسيق بين مختلف الموارد لضمان التنفيذ السليم للإستراتيجية العامة لهذه المؤسسات، وخلق قيمة مضافة لا تستطيع تحقيقها إلا من خلال موارد بشرية ذات كفاءة دائمة ومتطورة. تم اجراء الدراسة الميدانية بمؤسسة SOPREC المتواجدة بالشلف كنموذج عن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية متكونة من 80 فرد، وتم استرجاع 69 استبمارة منها 59 قابلة للتحليل وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحسين الأداء بالمؤسسة مرتبط بتبني إستراتيجية لتدريب مواردها البشرية والاهتمام بمختلف مراحلها سواء التخطيط، التنفيذ، أو تقييم نتائج التدريب. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اعتماد استراتيجيات ملائمة لتطبيق أنظمة التدريب، وأهمية اعتماد المرونة في الاساليب التدريبية، وضرورة متابعة تقييم برامج التدريب كتغذية عكسية، مع أهمية توفير الحوافز للعاملين لتحسين الاداء. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the contribution of the HR training system in improving performance in Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs by coordinating the various resources to ensure a successful implementation of the strategy, and to create added value that can only be achieved through qualified human resources.. The field study was conducted in SOPREC, Chlef, as a representative of small and medium enterprises. A questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 80 individuals. 69 questionnaires were retrieved, 59 of which are subject to analysis. The study concluded that improving the performance in SMEs is linked to the adoption of a HR Training Strategy at all stages, whether planning, implementation, or evaluation of training results. The study recommended the need to adopt appropriate strategies for the application of training systems, and the importance of adopting flexibility in training methods, and the need to follow-up evaluation of training programs as a feedback, with the importance of providing incentives for employees to improve performance.
