واقع ومأمول الاستثمار السياحي على التنمية المحلية بالمناطق الصحراوية

Résumé: يعتبر قطاع السياحة أحد أهم القطاعات المعول عليها للمساهمة في دفع النمو الاقتصادي ومن ثمة تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المنشودة، فبالنظر إلى العوائد المالية الكبيرة التي يمكن أن يوفرها القطاع في الأمدين المتوسط والبعيد وتبعا لما يوفره من فرص لخلق الثروة والتخفيف من حدة الكثير من المشاكل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. من هذا المنطلق اتبعت الجزائر بحكم توفرها على مجموعة من المقومات الطبيعية والجغرافية، التاريخية والأثرية، واتجهت بكل عزم وثبات نحو تنمية قطاع السياحة والنهوض به والاستثمار فيه وجعله إلى جانب المجالات الرائدة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية، وذلك من خلال وضع معايير وإستراتيجية تمثلت في المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية مطلع عام 2030. Abstract: The tourism sector is one of the most reliable sectors to contribute to economic growth and thus achieve the desired economic and social development, given the large financial returns that the sector can provide in the medium and long term and according to the opportunities it provides for wealth creation and alleviation of many economic and social problems . From this standpoint, Algeria, by virtue of its availability on a set of natural and geographical, historical and archaeological elements, followed with determination and steadfastness towards the development of the tourism sector, promoting it and investing in it, and making it alongside the leading areas in achieving local development, by setting standards and a strategy represented in the guiding plan for the preparation tourism in early 2030.
