دور القاضي الإجتماعي في مجال عدم التصريح بالنشاط المهني هلى ضوء تحليل بعض القرارات القضائية

Résumé: يتولى القاضي الإجتماعي مهمة الفصل في القضايا المطروحة أمامه بصفة عامة، في تسوية النزاعات المتعلقة بعدم التصريح بالنشاط المهني و العمال و الأجور لدى هيئة الضمان الإجتماعي بصفة خاصة و بدراسة الموضوع توصلنا إلى أن دور القاضي مقتصر جدا في هطا المجال خاصة بالنظر إلى الإجتهاد القضائي الطي يكون منعدما.. كما توصلنا إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في تسوية منازعات الضمان الإجتماعي مع التكوين المستمر للقاضي الإجتماعي. The social Judge has the task of settling the cases before him in general in sttling disputes related to the non-authorization of professional activity workers and wages with the social security authorityin particular, and by studying the subject, we have concluted that the role of the judge is very limited in this field,especially with regard to the folding jurisprudence, nothing. We also reached the need to reconsider the settlement of social security disputes the continuous training of the social judge.
