المشاريع الخضراء وتحدياتها الاقتصادية في الجزائر دراسة تحليلة خلال الفترة 2020-2030

Résumé: الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة جهود الجزائر لحماية البيئة، بمختلف الوسائل والأدوات المتنوعة، وذات الأثر الملموس، ومن بين هذه الأدوات تشجيعها للقطاعين العام والخاص للاستثمار في مجال المشاريع الخضراء بهدف تحقيق تنمية مستدامة من جهة، وتنويع اقتصادها المعتمد على المحروقات من جهة أخرى. غير أن هذا النوع من المشاريع، يواجه تحديات اقتصادية تحول دون تحقيق غاياتها، ومن بين أبرز هاته التحديات نجد نقص التمويل، بالاضافة إلى ضعف البنية التحتية ومحدودية التكنولوجيا ...الخ، ورغم هذه التحديات، فإن المشاريع الخضراء تعد فرصة لتنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري، لكن نجاحها يتطلب جهودا إضافية، ممثلة في دعم حكومي واستغلال مجهودات والتشجيعات الدولية من مختلف الجوانب الاقتصادية على وجه الخصوص. الكلمات المفتاحية: المشاريع الخضراء، التمويل الأخضر، المنتجات الخضراء، التلوث البيئي. تصنيف : JEL O13، G 12 ، Q56، Q58 ABSTRACT: This research aims to study Algeria's efforts to protect the environment through various means and tools that have a tangible impact. Among these tools is encouraging both the public and private sectors to invest in green projects, with the goal of achieving sustainable development on one hand, and diversifying its hydrocarbon-dependent economy on the other. However, such projects face economic challenges that hinder the achievement of their objectives. Among the most prominent challenges are a lack of funding, weak infrastructure, and limited technology, among others. Despite these challenges, green projects represent an opportunity to diversify Algeria’s economy, but their success requires additional efforts, including government support and the utilization of international efforts and incentives, particularly from various economic aspects.
