سياسات تخفيف تداعيات جائحة كورونا على الاقتصاد المصرى والتكيف معها

Résumé: ملخص: شهد العالم أزمة صحية ناتجة عن جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد فى أواخر عام 2019, واعتمدت دول العالم على استراتيجية الاغلاق التام أو الجزئى للأنشطة القتصادية والتباعد الاجتماعى. وتحولت هذه الأزمة فى غضون أسابيع قليلة إلى جائحة اقتصادية. كذلك اعتمدت الحكومة المصرية على الاغلاق الجزئى لبعض الأنشطة الاقتصادية. فى ضوء هذا تبحث الدراسة فى تداعيات جائحة كورونا على الاقتصاد المصرى والسياسات الهادفة إلى تخفيف هذه التداعيات والتكيف معها بقدر الإمكان. وتتمثل أهم هذه السياسات على المدى القصير فى دعم الأسر ذوى الدخل المحدود والقطاعات المتضررة من التداعيات السلبية، أما على المدى المتوسط تتضمن هذه السياسات تطوير القطاع الصحى، الاستثمار فى البنية الأساسية لقطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والاستثمار فى قطاعات الاقتصاد الأخضر لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. اAbstract: The world witnessed a health crisis resulting from the emerging coronavirus pandemic in late 2019. The countries of the world adopted the strategy of complete or partial closure of economic activities and social distancing. Within few weeks this crisis turned into an economic pandemic. The Egyptian government also relied on the partial closure of some economic activities. In light of this, the study examines the implications of the coronavirus pandemic on the Egyptian economy and the policies aimed at mitigating these repercussions and adapting to them as much as possible. In the short term, the most important of these policies are to support low-income families and sectors affected by the negative repercussions. In the medium term, these policies include developing the health sector, investing in the infrastructure of the communications and information technology sector, and investing in the green economy sectors to achieve sustainable development.
