الشراكة كآلية للتنمية الاقتصادية غير التقليدية ودورها في تطوير القطاع الصناعي الجزائري

Résumé: يشهد العالم تطورات اقتصادية متسارعة الأمر الذي استلزم استحداث آليات تنموية جديدة أهمها "الشراكة"، لتعتمد هذه الآلية في الجزائر و قد تم التركيز عليها باعتبار أنها من أكثر المواضيع المتداولة خاصة في مجال الصناعة، و هذا ما يدفع للتساؤل حول الدور الذي تلعبه الشراكة في تنمية هذا القطاع ليكون الهدف من ذلك التعرف أكثر على هذه الأخيرة، باعتبارها أسلوبا جديدا لتسيير المشاريع الاستثمارية في القطاع الصناعي، ليتم التوصل في الأخير إلى أن تنويع استراتيجيات التنمية من شأنه تعزيز جهاز المناعة للاقتصادالقومي حتى يكون أكثر صلابة أمام الانعكاسات و الآثار الناجمة عن توقيع اتفاق الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص سواء المحلي أو الأجنبي، لكن يستحسن أن يتم وضع إطار قانوني واضح ينظم هذا القطاع. كلمات مفتاحية: الشراكة، التنمية الاقتصادية، المشاريع الاستثمارية، القطاع الصناعي، الجزائر. Summary The world is witnessing rapid economic developments, which necessitated the introduction of new development mechanisms, the most important of which is "partnership", to adopt this mechanism in Algeria. One focused on it as one of the most common topics, especially in the field of industry, and this leads us to question the role played by partnership in the development of this sector, which make the aim to identify more the latter as new method of conducting investment projects in the industrial sector, and then, conclude at the end that the diversifying of development strategies would strengthen the immune system of our economy making it more solid in the face of repercussions and impacts resulting from the signing of partnership agreement with the private sector, both domestic and foreign. However, it is advisable to establish a clear legal framework governing this sector. Key words: partnership, economic development,Investment projects, industrial sector development
