أثراختلافأنظمة الإخضاع الجبائي على الممارسات الجبائية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية (دراسة حالة شركة الإسمنت عين التوتة الوحدة التجارية –تقرت-s.cim.a.t) الفترة 2014/2017

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر الاختلاف أنظمة الإخضاع الجبائي على الممارسات الاقتصادية، والذي من خلاله سنحاول التعرف على نظام الجبائي الذي يعتبر طريقة لتحديد أوعية المكلف الخاضعة لضرائب والرسوم المختلفة، وكذلك التسيير الجبائي الذي يعتبر إدراج العامل الجبائي في اتخاذ القرار ،حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري لمعرفة أنظمة الإخضاع الجبائية والممارسات الجبائية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، أما في الجانب التطبيقيإعتمدناعلى دراسة حالة في مؤسسة الإسمنت عين التوتة الوحدة التجارية –تقرت- حيث لخصت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها : - التشريع الجبائي الجزائري يفرض أنظمة الإخضاع المكلفين بالضريبة - ممارسة التسيير الجبائي في المؤسسة تكون بطريقة مدروسة وإتباع القوانين الجبائية The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the difference of taxation systems on economic practice،Through which we will try to identify the taxpayer. Which is a way to determinr the taxpayer´s containers subject to various taxes and fees and tax management،Which is the inclusion of the tax factor in the decision making. The descriptive approach was based on the descriptive approach to the studyof the subject of tax subdivision and the taxpayer practices in the economic institution.in the applied side of a case study in the cement corporation aintouta،the business unit touggourt. The study summarized a number of results : -Algerian penal legislation imposes tax based regulations -the exercise of the tax management of the institution shall be in a studied manner and follow the tax laws.
