Résumé: The Qur'anic text always presents one of the most linguistic nomenclatures that are the subject of the study and the research, due to its systemic characteristics who make it a text having great communication skills which enlarge according to the expansion of its semantics. This system was my beginning as an introductory to the doctoral thesis which I titled ""linguistic structure in the Qur'an from the title, incise sentence and the end of a verse in the Qur'an textual semantic study"" my purpose was to present a serious linguistic reading by strengthening the relationship between the superficial dissonant through research of linking mechanisms that can be achieved by the textual coherence and harmony. The plan of the research involved the division of the study into five chapters, beginning with an introduction and ending with a conclusion containing the most important results which I obtained. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical side, Since the term represents the first systematic principles of a cognitive structure in the science of linguistics and humanity in general, I have devoted it to the conceptual determination of three terms in this study (title, incise sentence, the end of a verse in the Quran), I saw that they represent the necessary keys that the receiver needs to support its relationship with the text. This research was not incidentally theoretical, but the following four chapters have had a strong presence through the presentation the applied types , the second chapter deals with the title in the Qur'an, its types, its semantic field, while the third chapter discusses the paraphrases, whereas I have focused on the semantic fields paraphrase, which are the arguments field, information field, the field of objurgating, transcendence, glorification, the competence, warning and interpretation, explanation and affirmation. As for the fourth chapter is devoted to the ends of the verses of the Qur'an which we have treated the acoustic, synthetic grammatical and semantic structure. I concluded my search through the fifth chapter entitled textual composition of the Qur'anic discourse - reading in the textual relations"" in which I tried to understand the nature of the links between the textual triangle studied in previous chapters focusing on semantic and textual relationships that connect this trilogy to each other by performing textual coherence by different ways, either by repetition or by the formal concomitance, or reference. Among the results of this study is the existence of a referential relationship between the paraphrase and the title, furthermore the relationship of the title is determined by the text of the end of a verse in the Qur'an through the direct repeat of the lexical item, therefore, the semantic and textual coherence has been established between these three linguistic units in the Holy Quran.
