مساهمة المرأة في القرارات الأسرية مقاربة سوسيولوجية بين المرأة العاملة والماكثة في البيت

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مساهمة المرأة في القرارات الأسرية والمقارنة بين المرأة العاملة والمرأة الماكثة في البيت من خلال إجراء مقاربة سوسيولوجية لبعض الدراسات والنظريات ، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن سلطة الزوج تقلصت بفضل التغيرات الحاصلة على المستوى البنائي للأسرة الجزائرية إذ لم يعد هذا الزوج المسيطر الأول داخل الأسرة ،بل تشاركه المرأة في القرارات التي تخص الأسرة رغم اختلاف المهام خاصة بالنسبة للمرأة العاملة ، فأصبح لها دورها كعضو له قيمته الاجتماعية في الحياة الأسرية والتدخل والمشاركة في القرارات العائلية وهذا في ظل التغيرات التي عرفتها الأسرة منها الاجتماعية ، الثقافية و الاقتصادية . Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the contribution of women to family decisions and the comparison between women working and women at home through a sociological approach to some studies and theories. The study found that the husband's authority was reduced due to changes in the structural level of the Algerian family. Within the family, but the participation of women in decisions concerning the family, despite the different functions, especially for women working, so it became its role as a member of the social value in family life and intervention and participation in family decisions and this in light of the changes experienced by Family, including social, cultural, economic.
