الحماية القانونية للملكية الصناعية كآلية لتشجيع الاستثمار الأجنبي

Résumé: ترتبط التنمية الاقتصادية في أي بلد، بمدى التطور التقني والاقتصادي والفكري، وبمدى الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي فيه، لأن ذلك يساهم بشكل كبير في جلب الاستثمار الوطني والأجنبي، للمشاركة في بعث النمو والتطور الاقتصادي. غير أن أكثر ما يؤثر في جلب الاستثمار الأجنبي خاصة في المجال الصناعي والمعلوماتية، مدى حماية الدولة لحقوق الملكية الفكرية عموما والصناعية على وجه الخصوص، لأن انتشار التقليد والقرصنة والمنافسة غير المشروعة، كلها معوقات تعطل جلب الاستثمار الأجنبي، باعتباره عامل هام من عوامل التنمية الاقتصادية. Abstract: The economic development of any country is linked to the extent of technical, economic and intellectual development, and the extent of its political and economic stability, as this significantly contributes to attracting domestic and foreign investment, and stimulating the growth and economic development. However, what most affects the attraction of foreign investment, especially in industrial and computer science fields, is the extent to which the state protects intellectual and industrial property rights in general, as the spread of counterfeiting , piracy and unfair competition are all obstacles that hinder the attraction of foreign investment, because it is an important factor of economic development.
