الاتصال التنظيمي في إدارات الجامعة – دراسة حالة: جامعة المسيلة

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الاتصال التنظيمي وإبراز عناصره في إدارة الجامعة، ومن ثم التطرق إلى واقعه في جامعة المسيلة من خلال عينة من مستخدميها بلغ عدد مفرداتها 36 مفردة. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن جامعة المسيلة من وجهة نظر مستخدميها تتميز بوجود اتصال تنظيمي ايجابي الاتجاه حول الاتصال وطبيعته، ومن حيث نوع الاتصال، أسلوبه، لغته، أما من حيث وسائل الاتصال المستعملة فليس هناك اتصال تنظيمي إيجابي وذلك بمتوسط حسابي قدره 2 وانحراف معياري قدره 0.5. This research aims to shed light on the importance of organizational communication and highlight its elements in the university administration, and then address its reality at the University of M'sila through a sample of 36 of its users. It concluded that the University of M'Sila, from the point of view of its users, is characterized by the presence of a positive organizational communication about communication and its nature, and in terms of the type of communication, its style, its language, As for the means of communication used, there is no positive organizational communication, with a arithmetic mean of 2 and a standard deviation of 0.5.
