Résumé: ملخص: أصبحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات من بين اهم الأدوات التي تساهم في تنمية وتطوير المجتمعات اذ تعمل على بناء مجتمع متطور يقوم على خدمات الكترونية التي تعمل على تسهيل أداء مهامه وتنظيمها وكذا الاستفادة من تجارها، تمثلت إشكالية الدراسة: هل يوجد أثر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على التعلم التنظيمي بالصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي للعمال الأجراء cnas بسكرة ؟، أما فرضيات الدراسة فتمثلت في وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات على التعلم التنظيمي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعد المعدات والأدوات وبعد البرمجيات وبعد شبكات الاتصال وبعد مهارات المورد البشري على التعلم التنظيمي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، والى عدم وجود أي أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعد قواعد البيانات على التعلم التنظيمي بالمؤسسة محل. Abstract: Information technology has become among the most important tools that contribute to the development and development of societies, as it works to build an advanced society based on electronic services that facilitate the performance of its tasks and organization, as well as benefit from its traders. The problem of the study: Is there an impact of information technology on organizational learning in the National Guarantee Fund As for the hypotheses of the study, it was represented in the presence of a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of information technology on organizational learning in the institution under study, where it was relied on the descriptive analytical approach, The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the equipment and tools dimension, the software dimension, the communication networks dimension, and the human resource skills dimension on organizational learning in the institution under study, in contrast to the database dimension.
