واقع الاتصال السياسي في الجزائر: من الأحادية السياسية إلى التعددية السياسية.

Résumé: يعتبر الاتصال السياسي أحد المجالات البحثية الهامة التي تستقطب الباحثين، كونه أحد أبرز الأنماط الاتصالية وذلك لارتباطه بالمجال السياسي، وتعد وسائل الإعلام أحد أهم الممارسين لعملية الاتصال السياسي في المجتمع بالنظر لما تقوم به من أدوار اجتماعية وسياسية وتربوية هامة، لذا فإن هذه الدراسة ستحاول الكشف عن واقع الاتصال السياسي في الجزائر سواء في مرحلة الأحادية السياسية أو في مرحلة التعددية السياسية، بالإضافة إلى محاولة التعرف على الأهداف التي يسعى الفاعلون السياسيون إلى تحقيقها من خلال قيامهم بالاتصال السياسي سواء كانت السلطة السياسية الوطنية أم وسائل الإعلام الوطنية، وفي الأخير ستحاول الدراسة تقديم إستراتيجية واضحة لتطوير عملية الاتصال السياسي في الجزائر. Abstract: Political communication is one of the important research areas that attracts researchers, being one of the most prominent communication patterns, as it relates to the political sphere, and the media is one of the most important practitioners of the process of political communication in society in view of its important social, political and educational roles, So this study will try to uncover the reality of political communication in Algeria, both at the stage of political unilateralism and at the stage of political pluralism, as well as to try to identify the objectives that political actors seek to achieve through political contact, whether power National political or national media and, finally, the study will attempt to provide a clear strategy for the development of the political communication process in Algeria.
